Our Work Process
- Step 1 – Give Us a Call or Send an Email
Send us a message or give us a call for a free estimate. We will find a suitable time around your schedule to come to your site and inspect the scope of work. Don’t have any time during the day? It’s fine as we have available slots from 8 am to 8 pm every day, including weekends, and can come to you after work.
- Step 2 – Receive Your Quote
After inspection, we provide you with a quote. If you’re happy with it and are ready to proceed, we’ll call you to arrange a date and time for our crew to start the project.
- Step 3 – Preparations
At this stage, we ensure that all the materials necessary for your project are ordered and scheduled for timely delivery on the installation day.
- Step 4 – Self-Owned Dump Trailers
To make the process more convenient and quicker, we deliver one of our self-owned dump trailers to your site several days before the scheduled install day. Owning our trailers allows us to reduce the time between drop-off and pick-up by more than a week, something few other roofing companies offer! Additionally, our trailers come with wheels, preventing potential damage to your driveway that can occur with a regular dump bin.
- Step 5 – Installation
On the appointed installation day, our supervisor ensures that the crew is ready to work and arrives at your site with all the necessary tools and equipment. You can rest assured that all of our employees are trained and certified to meet government regulations.
- Step 6 – Your Feedback Matters
Once we complete the job, we’d be grateful to receive a review from you. And if there’s anything you’re not quite happy with, make sure to get in touch with us so we can promptly address and resolve any issues. Our goal is to ensure the best possible experience for all the clients we work with!
