For our valued customers in the USA, orders are shipped from our facilities in Henderson, Nevada. For Europe and worldwide orders, we ship from our base in Ciche, Poland. This allows us to efficiently fulfill orders and provide seamless shipping experiences.

  • Fast Delivery within Poland: For our customers in Poland, we offer InPost shipping, ensuring your order arrives within 1 business day.
  • US Delivery: Depending on the destination and availability, we utilize UPS, USPS, or FedEx for shipping within the US. Delivery times typically range from 1-4 business days.
  • Worldwide Delivery: For international orders, we use trusted carriers like DHL or UPS Express for efficient delivery in approximately 2-5 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

Estimated Delivery Time for Custom-Made Products:

For custom-made MiniMe figures, please allow an estimated delivery time of 3-4 weeks. Each piece is meticulously crafted to your specifications, ensuring a unique and personalized masterpiece.

Return and Exchange Policy:

While we strive for your complete satisfaction, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with the received product, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. Please notify us of your intention to return by emailing us at contact@minime.com or using our contact form.
Please note that customized products cannot be returned. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind when placing your order.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Warranty:

At MiniMe, we stand behind the quality of our products. Therefore, all our items are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer for a period of two years from the original purchase date. The manufacturer’s warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective parts, ensuring your continued satisfaction with our products.
