The building‘s south side is the vision of artist Olafur Eliasson. Stroll down Laugavegur – Iceland and one of the oldest shopping streets.

Today you will explore famous Golden circle, which consists of Geysir, Gullfoss Waterfalls and Thingvellir National Park. Of all the spectacular nature that resides in Iceland these are three “must see” highlights that are easily experienced in one day.
Along the route you will get a chance to relax at Fontana Geothermal Baths.
Fontana is a unique experience of the healing powers of the geothermal springs. Soak in a natural pool, listen to the bubbling hot spring in the steam rooms, or for the venturesome, take a dip in the refreshing lake.
At Fontana they also have a geothermal bakery where they make the bread following an old recipe, dig it into the warm ground and bake it for 24 hours, then we dig the bread up, and it’s delicious! Come and see for yourself!

This morning with your private driver guide you will head out to explore south coast of Iceland. It is a place where you can walk behind waterfalls, where you can witness the natural beauty of Iceland and where you can see the fertile farmlands side by side with pitch black lava fields.
Snowmobiling on top of Eyjafjallajökull glacier is an extraordinary experience and an adventure not to be missed! Your adventure begins when we all meet at our base camp close to the legendary Eyjafjallajokull Glacier. There, one of our friendly certified tour guides will provide you with all the equipment that you need and give you a short safety briefing. Then it’s time to ride a specially designed super jeep to the starting point of your snowmobile ride. This tour is the perfect length of time for ‘first-time riders’ and individuals looking for a scenic, fun ride, exploring and experiencing the wilderness, the glacier, and the breathtaking views over south Iceland.

Borgarfjörður & Into the Glacier
Today it is time to drive to one our most beautiful fertile fjords, Borgarfjordur. You can stop to explore the picturesque Hraunfossar and Barnafoss waterfalls and see Deildartunguhver geyser, Europe’s most powerful hot spring.
Continue to Husafell – A pearl between lava fields and glaciers. Húsafell is one of the most visited destinations in Iceland. This is understandable since it is a unique natural gem in a magnificent landscape. The mild weather, the forest, hot springs and the facilities and services, which have been offered there to tourists in the recent years attract many visitors every year.
Head to Iceland’s majestic hinterland and into the white world of Iceland’s second largest glacier, Langjökull “The Long Glacier”. From Hotel Húsafell you will board a shuttle bus to the glacier base where you go on a special 8-wheel drive monster truck that will take you to the ice tunnel. Experience a man-made cave that stretches deep inside the glacier and consists of a series of tunnels and caves carved through solid glacier ice.
Torfhús Retreat is an incredible location for observing the Northern Lights due to its isolated location and zero light pollution. From September to late March this mesmerizing display of natural pyrotechnics streaks the sky with dancing streams of green, yellow and red light. Watching the Northern Lights or simply stargazing on a cold winter night from the warmth of a geothermal-heated basalt stone pool weaves a magic that will leave no guest unchanged.

Reykjanes peninsula & The Retreat
The Reykjanes peninsula is an active volcanic system under its surface, situated at the southwestern end of Iceland. The peninsula is rather sparsely populated except for Reykjanesbaer, which is the largest town on the peninsula. Other towns include Grindavik, Sandgerdi, Vogar, Hafnir and Gardur, all of which rely heavily on fishing. The peninsula is mysterious yet beautiful. With rugged black lava formations and steamy pillars and clouds rising from its hot springs and geysers.
